Your Online Therapy Session
All my online therapy and coaching sessions are available worldwide.
It will start with an easy conversation to determine where you are with your issue and what you would prefer to be happening in your life. Through open questions, we will explore what is going on at the surface level and deeper.
Once this has been explored, we will do some change processes where you will have the opportunity to amend what’s going on, finding resources within yourself with my help.
As your Practitioner, I will merely be your guide through these change processes. All choices and exploration are completely down to you, the client.
NLP techniques use metaphor, hypnotherapy, timeline re-imprinting, visualisation, searching discussion and much more. In practical terms, you can expect to be moving around, sitting, sometimes standing and sometimes walking as we pace through the process together.
Any mobility issues ? I have alternative methods so its all doable.
You will be supported at all times throughout the neuro-linguistic programming session and be amazed at how such a simple process can be so effective.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming Packages
I operate sessions Monday to Friday, 10AM-6PM in the current UK timezone. Sessions outside these hours for both UK and international clients can be specially arranged to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are advised that when booking an appointment they are reserving time exclusively for their NLP session. Therefore I will require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of any appointment if refunds are to be given.
